MAKE A REPORT - REPORT AN INCIDENT - ONLINE REPORTING FORM

The Office of Institutional Compliance receives and responds to reports of alleged discriminatory conduct including sexual harassment, protected class harassment, protected class differential treatment, sexual misconduct and retaliation. If you or someone you know has been affected by an incident of discrimination, you may make a report of that situation by using the form below.

Making a report will not automatically result in an investigation by the University. Rather, you can expect that the Institutional Compliance Officer will contact you to discuss the content of your report, review your rights, explain the grievance procedure and inform you of available resources and support.

The criminal justice system and the University are separate procedures; however reports may be made under both procedures to ensure that both will go forward. Truman Department of Public Safety's telephone number is (660) 665-5621.
